I am a wife, mother of two, dietetic student, and hold a full time job. My life is just a tad bit busy but there’s always time to reach out to the world. My goal is to share with you my passion and growing knowledge of food, health, fitness and my realistic approach to them all. You don’t need a open schedule, deep pockets, or be a rocket scientist to be healthy! I hope to inspire you to leave the “fads and diets” in your rearview mirror and set forward to a whole new lifestyle where food is your fuel to live.
